Project Update
The above project in in its final phase and nearing completion. The works were broken down into manageable phases to allow two of the three theatres to remain live, avoiding any further disruption to the day to day activities of the hospital throughout the project works.
Our works have comprised of a major AHU & Chiller refurbishment project, with associated works including the removal of the existing supply and extract air handling units which served the three existing theatres and general areas. A newly formed roof plantroom extension houses the new Theatre air handling units along with the new HVAC control panel. One of the existing redundant chillers was decommissioned and removed to allow for a new roof mounted air cooled chiller to supply the both the building and newly installed AHU plant.
