We have successfully secured a new project at BMI – The London Independent Hospital
The works comprise of a major AHU refurbishment project at the BMI London Independent Hospital (LIH).
Our associated works include the removal of the existing supply and extract air handling units which currently serve three existing theatres and general areas. The existing air handling units will be replaced with the new supply and extract HTM03-01 compliant AHUs to serve Theatre 1, 2 & 3.
To facilitate the above AHU replacement’s we will be undertaking relevant works replacing HVAC Control panel and controls field wiring to the new plant items.
As part of the project we will also be replacing of one of the existing roof mounted air cooled chiller with a new chiller installation.
