Project Update….
With our works comprising of three phases, we have successfully completed and handed over Phase One – Restack works: which consisted of the refurbishment of existing teaching and office facilities on Floors 3-7 to provide additional teaching and office facilities and Phase Two – Behavioural Lab works: where we undertook the refurbishment of spaces within the Basement to provide a new Behavioural Lab and associated teaching and office spaces.
Great work and team effort from all involved, now onto the final Phase Three – Teaching and Learning works: we are due to commence the refurbishment of other existing classrooms on Floors 3-5 as part of a larger, ongoing refurbishment of Teaching and Learning spaces across the campus. Our scope of works are to carry out the Strip out of existing services, Alterations to existing ventilation and installation of new ductwork Alterations to heating system and installation of new pipework and radiators, new HWS and CWS pipework, new drainage pipework along with new BMS and VRF Air conditioning system to each floor.
