NHS Property Services (NHSPS) is undertaking the £3million interior fit out programme on behalf of NHS Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and we are delighted to have been appointed to undertake the full mechanical services package for the new fit out of the Orpington Health & Wellbeing Centre, which will house a GP surgery along with a range of health and wellbeing services, including out-patients.
The mechanical package includes the fit out of two new plantrooms with dedicated air handling units, new boiler and CHP plant to feed areas across both floors, new domestic water and public health services are to be installed along with a BMS controls system.
