Earlier in the summer we were very pleased to complete the full mechanical package as part of the £3million interior fit out programme for the NHS Property Services on behalf of NHS Bromley Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). The facility will house a GP surgery along with a range of health and wellbeing services, including out-patients, serving the local areas.
The mechanical package included the fit out of two new plantrooms with dedicated air handling units, new boiler and CHP plant to feed areas across both floors, new domestic water and public health services are to be installed along with a BMS controls system.
