Earlier in the summer, EBS were very pleased to have secured works to replace and upgrade existing boiler plant rooms over 2 Private Healthcare Hospital in the south east.
The works comprise of full mechanical and electrical services associated with the removal and replacement of the existing plant. This included removal of 7 No gas fired boilers and associated plant and the supply and installation of a 13 new boilers and associated plant to include, pumps,5 No new domestic hot water buffer vessels, supply and installation of 8 No packaged domestic hot water plate heat exchangers served by new constant temperature flow and return connections made to the existing boiler primary header complete with new flow pumps along with ancillaries and control services. With the installations of new power and control panel linked to the existing building Trend based building management system.
