University College London – James Lighthill House – Summer Works
James Lighthill is a five storey student residence building for University College
London. As part of the summer works refurbishment, we are to carry out mechanical services works in the building during the summer shutdown.
These works include, but are not limited to, the installation of new category 5 cold water booster set and integral break tank to
serve new laundry equipment, modifications to existing domestic and drainage services, installation of new electric water heaters, storage heaters and panel heaters, modifications to the ventilation systems and BMS/Controls systems.
